Trevor had functionality in mind when he built this home. From a walkout basement to open concept spaces. High end finishes and appliances. We have been living here for 2 years and have had no issues proving that this house was built to last.
We also have peace of mind that Trevor is always just a phone call away to answer any questions/concerns should they come up. He still to this day follows up from time to time to make sure everything is perfect with the home.

I am writing this letter as a neighbour who observed the full construction process of the home built by Trevor Duke of Evolution Custom Homes from start to finish.
Throughout the entire build, I was consistently impressed by the level of housekeeping, organization, and professionalism maintained on site. The construction area was kept exceptionally clean and orderly, with debris and materials managed responsibly and removed promptly. There was clear attention paid to safety, cleanliness, and minimizing disruption to surrounding properties.
At every stage of construction, the site reflected a high standard of care and pride in workmanship. Trades were organized, materials were stored neatly, and the property was never left in a messy or unsafe condition. This level of site management is not always common during construction projects, and it was noticeable from a neighbour’s perspective.
Trevor and his team demonstrated respect not only for the project itself but also for the surrounding community. Noise, access, and cleanliness were handled thoughtfully and professionally throughout the build.
